Track by track Review:
I Need A Nurse- Such a neat tune to kick off the album, love the vocals with the pauses that fire us up again with a cool slap vibe .Very significant of the Rockabilly era in production and sound.
We’re Gonna Move-The only cover on the album sung by Elvis Presley originally from the film Love Me Tender in 1956. This version has more of a Gospel feel about it whilst keeping to the same context.
Just A Kiss- A breathless bopper or an out of this world jiver take you pick is a powerhouse of energy with some neat licks.
Not A Guitar Player- Another lively number with a jumpy beat that could be said leans over the New Wave sound.
Heartbreakin’ Man-Daunting harmonica & guitar intro which breaks into a mid-tempo piece keeping the mystic feel to it.
Bethune Blues-Traits of a Bo Diddley drum & guitar intro and beat to this number before it sweeps along to a couple of midway tempo breaks, the vocals are somewhat toned and pitched.
Butchy- Spanish style guitar intro with a western style backdrop to this tune which beefs up halfway through to a jolly number.
Duck In Dungaree- Great Hillbilly/Rockabilly vibe to this one capturing the sound from that era, bit of a humorous nature with whimsical melodies.
La Perra Blanco- Back to a blues bopper for this one full of life and a deep soul beat.
Blue Moon Daughter- Catchy beat with a sure sounding slap bass running through it , hard pace and throttle wide open .
Big Daddy’s Saloon- Another driving number with a furious guitar break and the drumsticks producing a super beat. One of those tunes that could push the limits live.
Indian’s Jive- So, the last track and the title gives a hint to the theme, its haunting and overpowering with traditional drums and shakers capturing the landscapes and ancestral places of the native Americans.
So, lets Summarise this album will certainly entertain the listener has a characteristic feel about it with some talented measures. Eleven self-penned tracks and one cover and they are by no means mundane far from it but high energy vibrational music. Check it out today!

Band Bio:
The Shakers have concocted an explosive mix for you: a well-bodied cocktail made from Rockabilly, Country, Blues and Rock'n'roll, to vibrate your eardrums, and shake you from head to toe.
Their recipe: a good dose of vintage covers from the 50s and 60s, and original compositions inspired by the best vintages. These four well-hit guys have no limits ... neither in degrees nor in volume.
Their only but: raise your temperature with great blows of spicy riffs, tight rhythms, and intoxicating melodies.
After that, you'll have to fill your tub with crushed ice.
